Born in San Antonio Texas, one of six children to a local oil and gas attorney, Lucinda spent her childhood moving across the great state of Texas. After settling her two children in elementary school, Lucinda graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. She then went on to graduate from The University of Texas School of Law in 1996. To this day, she remains a die-hard Longhorn and refuses to speak a kind word about the state of Oklahoma.
After graduation she concentrated her practice on civil and commercial litigation as well as insurance coverage. Today, she focuses on small business formation, risk management and growth for Texas companies. She excels in the creation of business plans, business research and staying ahead of new business technology. She loves helping clients solve the puzzles of creating business growth.
Lucinda is admitted to Practice before all courts in the State of Texas. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas. While experienced in the practice of laws before the courts of Texas, her first love remains advising small businesses concerning risk management and business growth.
