Lucinda Stanford
Lucinda L. Stanford’s legal practice focuses on small business formation, risk management and growth for Texas companies.
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Lucinda graduated in 1992 with a BA from The University of Texas at Austin. She then went on to graduate from The University of Texas School of Law in 1996. To this day, she remains a die-hard Longhorn. After graduation she concentrated her practice on civil litigation and insurance coverage.
Lucinda is admitted to Practice before all courts in the State of Texas. She also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas.
Rebecca Wadler
Rebecca S. Wadler’s legal practice focuses on small business formation, protection and growth for Texas companies.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Rebecca graduated from the University of St. Thomas where she studied International Studies and Business. During her time at UST, the shining star of Houston, she studied abroad, was part of a multitude of campus clubs and worked at a legal processing firm.
Rebecca received both her Juris Doctorate as well as her Master’s Degree in International Relations from St. Mary’s University. She was active at the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice, a member of the International Moot Court Team, worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and was appointed as an Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Review on Minority Issues.
Upon graduation, Rebecca was quickly offered a position with a corporation on Inc. 500’s list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. It was here that Rebecca found her passion for business and corporate law which has carried over to the creation of her own firm specializing in San Antonio small business support. Her passion is helping businesses grow as one of San Antonio’s leading small business attorneys.
